**Growth Marketing Specialist**

We are seeking to hire a growth specialist who identifies and exploits growth opportunities for a company or a product. Use data-driven experiments and strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention to expansion. Also collaborate with product, marketing, sales, customer service, and other teams to improve the customer experience and increase revenue.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Own paid and organic growth strategy, from concept to completion.
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral).
- Lead performance marketing and SEO/SEM campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
- Designing and running experiments to test hypotheses and measure outcomes
- Analyzing data from various sources such as web analytics, CRM systems, user feedback, etc. to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix models
- Implementing successful changes based on the results of the experiments
- Reporting on the progress and impact of the growth initiatives using KPIs and metrics
- Researching best practices and emerging trends in growth hacking and customer behavior
- Building relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their pain points and expectations.
- Partner with the Product team to ensure analytics are accurately tracking marketing efforts.

**Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
- +4 years of Experience in growth hacking, product management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, HubSpot, etc.
- Well versed with all digital tools and their execution (In depth practical experience with Google, Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels)
- Ability to design and execute experiments using scientific methods
- Ability to analyze data using statistical software such as Excel, R, Python, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences using written, verbal, and visual means
- Creativity and innovation
