**Job Announcement: Junior TOT Coordinator**

**Company Overview**:
2A Tech is an Italian company operating in the railway sector, providing solutions worldwide to the global leading players. The main purpose of 2A Tech is to manage Temporary Operation, thus ensuring Dynamic Train Testing and all construction activities, both civil and non-civil, during the Testing and Commissioning phase.

**The Project**:
2A Tech is currently engaged in Egypt in a project involving the construction of 660 km of high-speed railway line, based on the ERTMS level 2 system. The project, one of the most important in the world, is destined to change the future of Egypt and the entire region.

Within the project, the Temporary Operation Team is involved in:

- Power supply operations for both traction and LV electrical installations
- Lockout/Tagout procedure implementing
- Train dispatching from OCC
- Troubleshooting
- Train operations
- Train handling
- Access control for areas after first energization

**The Role**:
The Junior TOT Coordinator, reporting directly to the Temporary Operation Manager, is required to manage the Permit to Work System and, in particular:

- Deal with all the stakeholders involved in the Testing and Commissioning phase
- Evaluate and approve Permit to Work requests
- Schedule and conduct Weekly Coordination Meetings
- Support the Temporary Operation Manager in drafting and revising procedures and work instructions
- Actively collaborate with the Lead Electrical Controller in approving requests
- Train subcontractors on TOT Procedures
- Follow-up the handing over process
- Prepare weekly reports

**Required**:

- Flexible, accustomed to working under pressure and in international contexts

**Preferred**:

- Experience in giga or mega projects
- Experience in Construction Rail Operation (metro, high-speed rail, LRT)

**Location**:

- Remote work 3 days a week (At this early stage, the attendance on site is not mandatory but appreciated)
- Presence in New Capital 2 days a week (6th of October from September)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 20 months

**Salary**: Up to E£25,000.00 per month
