Sea Freight Customs Clearance

**Job Purpose**:
Ensure all shipment smooth handling by properly coordinating all daily activities of Customs Clearance effectively and efficiently.

**Job** Description**:

- Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review docx before start clearance process.
- Make daily updates using excel reports to customer.
- Create and update new shipments using Aramex cargo wise system.
- Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices.
- Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in maritime Transport or logistics field.
- +1 years of experience in **Customs Clearance** is a Must.
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent in English language is a must.
- Time-management, assertive nature, and ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
