**Requirements**:

- Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of QA engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
