Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in Artificial Lift requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

**Partner with the best**

You will accountable for the service delivery performance for our portfolio of products and services for Artificial Lift System (ALS) for the North Africa (NAF) cluster. Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short
- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Service Delivery Manager - ALS - NAF you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our values
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space.
- Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers in the cluster to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
- Handling complex medium term project processes and department has to define approaches.
- Handling important business unit clients which require complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders.
- Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
- Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering) from an accredited university or college
- Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Artificial Lift with at least 5 years in a Business Management role in Artificial Lift
- Solid technical background and should be able to propose technical solutions to the team and the Client.
- Have a mindset of customer intimacy and continuous engagement to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be comfortable and flexible to work with several countries/time zones
- Have established project management & strategic business planning skills
