**Key Accountabilities - Must Have **Informatica Experience (PowerCenter, B2B, MFT, BDM, EDC, IICS etc.)

**Delivery Management**
- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Be the SPOC to the Customers for end to end technical delivery, communication & reporting to all stakeholders
- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.

**Task / Progress Management**
- Review customer SOW and plan and coordinate delivery activities
- Identify and assign resources along with RMO
- To be technically responsible for the design and project delivery
- Ensure and implement Change Management, escalation Management etc.as per the set processes and procedures

**Technical Management**
- Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
- Management of KT Plan & execution, Testing releases, Project management, Communication etc.
- Track the team’s work progress as per the project governance plan

**People Management**
- Team / Staff planning, On / off boarding, Performance Management, Training & development, cross skilling, workshops, career development, succession planning etc.
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Tracking & reporting tasks, costs, changes, resource hours etc. along with the Project Manager
- Manage customer expectations, deliverables, escalation and timely communication of it to all stakeholders

**Project Delivery**
- Part time Acting as a Senior consultant in delivery projects
- Actual implementation as Administrator (installation, configuration, smoke testing)
- Actual implementation as Developer (Design, Code, Developer testing, migration tp test and production)
- Actual implementation as Architect (Requirement gathering, architecture creation, review).

**Job Requirements**

**Must Have**
- Over 10 yrs of Delivery Experience of which 5 to 7 yrs hands-on as a Technical Contributor
- Experience in Waterfall & Agile methodologies, Tools and end-to-end Project Delivery Management.
- Strong experience in Technical Design & Delivery of Informatica Project
- Strong experience in defining Scope, Infra, effort estimation, skills, Resources etc.to deliver a project
- Strong Experience in ETL, Data integration, Cloud, BDM, B2B, Data Base, Analytics primarily on Informatica suite (PowerCenter, B2B, MFT, BDM, EDC, IICS etc.).
- Experience in people management: Recruitment, resource management as per the agreed project, Training management, cross skilling, up skilling, attrition management, allocation & releasing of resources.
- Strong experience working with Offshore resources
- Demonstrated experience in managing Risks, Escalations & their timely mitigation both at project level as well as Account level.

**Good to Have**
- Preferably Agile experienced
- Experience in setting up new practices and skill development
- Experience working with PMO for reporting and communication to all stakeholders

**Other requirements**

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Experience in managing 15 to 25 team members

Strong knowledge of Project management using Agile Methodologies

Experience in knowledge management and building a good repository

Excellent Analytical skills to present the project data in a presentable and meaningful format using various tools

Must be willing to travel internationally and domestically for short and long durations

Must have experience in and Onsite/offshore environment with International clients, cultures and stakeholders

Ability to identify technical opportunities for new business while working on project delivery.
