**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop the organization's annual budget, including the establishment of targets and key deliverables, in coordination with the strategy department and senior management.
- Bring coordination among line managers of the company to execute the budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions with department heads and stakeholders to gather input and feedback on budgetary needs and priorities.
- Lead the development of detailed budget plans for each department or business unit, incorporating input from relevant stakeholders and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Monitor budget performance and expenditure throughout the year, analyzing variances and identifying areas for corrective action or cost-saving opportunities.
- Revisit the annual budget quarterly for any updates or adjustments based on changes in business conditions, strategic priorities, or top management directives.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key budgetary metrics, variances, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure budgetary alignment and foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency.
- Implement systems and processes to streamline budgeting and financial planning activities, leveraging technology and automation where possible to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies and procedures, conducting audits and reviews as needed to assess adherence to budgetary guidelines and standards.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in finance or budgeting roles, with minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting processes, and strategic planning concepts.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders and facilitate consensus-building.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Experience with budgeting software and ERP systems.
