Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional sales targets for companion animal products.
- Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute products launches and marketing campaigns to promote companion animal products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, shelters, and corporate accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and manage sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

- Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, adjusting as needed to achieve goals.
- Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts to guide production and inventory planning, ensuring product availability aligns with market demand.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Demand Planning: Collaborate with the supply chain team to align demand planning with sales forecasts, ensuring timely replenishment of products.
