**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the park with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect activities for their interests and skill levels, making reservations, and processing payments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and in the lobby area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction or escalated appropriately.
- Promote and upsell park services and merchandise.
- Keep detailed records of bookings, payments, and inquiries.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about park activities, services, and pricing to provide accurate information to guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the park.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point of sale systems.
- Knowledge of Excel

**Salary**: E£5,500.00 - E£7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- El Gouna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (required)
