**Job Description Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Following up on RA documents validity and expiring dates for all types of equipment & Service Parts “around 600 certificates between FDA, CE, FSC”, and reaching out to RA team for updated ones.
- Following up NPIs which requires a pre-import approval called “Scientific Committee” where all RA related documents being requested from RA team and submitted to EDA*, with an extensive follow up on committee date, and decision.
- Following annual registration process for Equipment and Service, preparing all necessary RA documents with support of RA team and submitting to EDA, then following up on the progress and completing required documents.
- Following FMI process with EDA after being addressed with RA, printing all necessary “hard copy” documents, and following with EDA on on-site inspection “if any”.
- Providing Comm. Ops team with all required RA documents for new tenders.
- Following GTIN project with GS1 - Egypt* to ensure creating all GTIN codes for all GE equipment on EDA platform as part of EDA recent requirements.
- Preparing and submitting all inbound shipments files to EDA and EORP* to get necessary release permits per shipment to allow customs clearance.
- EDA License updating through preparing all needed documents and submitting & follow up till renewal done.

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge in requirements for Other Government Agency Approvals (OGA) such as Telecom Regulatory Authority, Ministry of Health (medical equipment approval and radiation approval), etc.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills; able to work effectively in the matrix organization,
- Demonstrated compliance mindset,
- Demonstrated ability to use knowledge, experience, and instinct to make accurate and timely decisions,
- Demonstrated ability of working with all levels of internal and external organizations,
- Demonstrated ability to implement simple, fast, and non-bureaucratic process improvements,
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
