**Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities**

As Import Customer Service Coordinator are responsible for the overall execution of service tasks, ensuring high quality customer service by delivering on agreed targets and objectives. In cooperation with the Customer Care team and supported by ONE's growing range of customer self-service tools you contribute to the overall Customer Service experience of both Key Accounts and ONE Care clients.
- Provide efficient solutions and initiate proper alternate options for resolving the issues/cases.
- Accurate coordination of customer requests to ensure that all requests directed to the right paths and processed effectively.
- Communicate effectively with customers and handle them in a reliable and professional manner.
- Ensure good collaboration and communication within departments.
- Managing and resolving customer inquiries from documentation prospecting via OTC.
- Create invoices, Sending Arrival Notifications, Uploading data in the system.
- Follow up customer cases and long stay containers, amount of demurrage/detention, ensure case handle/closure within KPIs frame.
- Processes and transactions are fully compliant with Company rules and regulations.
- Researching required information using available resources and systems.

**Position Skills, Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor Qualification - logistics, or any relevant field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in Import field within shipping line industry.
- Aware well about the whole process of customer documentation job is a must.
- Good knowledge of the English language is a must due to the job natural.
- Excellent PC skills (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel)
