Senior Banking Operations Officer

- Detect and report bottlenecks on Core banking systems to provide the needed technical support and recommend solutions.
- Monitor the handling of user tickets to resolve customer & system issues in a smooth & satisfactory manner.
- Follow up on handling of all related Core banking systems’ interfaces maintenance to provide full system functionality to internal & external customers.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities for Core banking operations systems to support audit requests and/or future reviews.
- Assist in measuring the Core banking services availability and recommend improvements to avail the best service to internal & external customers.
- Participate in conducting incident reviews for Core banking systems to provide lessons learned & avoid future reoccurrence & enhance existing systems availability & resilience.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or its equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
- Good hands-on knowledge of IT operational work
- Good knowledge of Core Banking system operations

**Skills**:

- Good command of English and Arabic languages
- Good Presentation skills
- Good Communication skills
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Good Knowledge of different technologies
