**ob Purpose**-
- stablishing, Developing policies & Procedures for operations functions, products / services to ensure full compliance with CBE and AWBE policies & regulations, Business requirements, applied systems capabilities, associated risks and relative controls.
- onducting regular reviews of end to end processes, identify areas of continuous improvement to ensure operational effectiveness, sufficient control and risk mitigation are in place.
- eading system changes to ensure compliance with the required outcomes / controls as per regulatory and AWB requirements.
- eviewing Bank processes to provide operations requirement for system enhancement to automate manual processes and / or build in control.
- reparing and maintaining documentation including terms & conditions and forms to ensure compliance to AWB and regulatory requirements.
- xploring and initiating the improvement ideas to optimize the productivity and enhance the customer experience.
- racking all new processes to ensure that they are incorporated in related manuals.

- nitiating of procedures on standard AWBE template in coordination with relative functional heads, considering segregation of duties, responsibilities and adequate controls.
- aintaining and updating all amendments required in existing bank procedures, due to change of local regulations, AWB group requirements, system / process enhancement or new business requirements.
- oordinating with product management / business owners / functional heads in setting the required operation procedures for new products, services or bank policies.
- nsure proper awareness communication and launching of any new / updated policies and procedures after approval and sign off by validation functions, business owner and CEC.
- roviding assistance and guidance to functions in light of approved bank policies and procedures.
- oordinating / participating with bank management in development of bank systems and projects to enhance performance and efficiency in handling bank processes.
- cting as custodian of all manuals containing the policies, procedures and instructions of the bank to ensure that they are updated on annual bases or earlier if required.
- crutinize new / existing policies and ensure these are tested in terms of risk and quality control.
- dentify gaps in policies and procedures and ensure these are notified to management and addressed.
- racking of all manuals to ensure that they are updated periodically.

- ollowing up on update of bank procedures in accordance to audit requirements in a timely manner.
- oordinating with validation functions (Legal, Compliance, ORM, IRM and IT security) to review and update policies and procedures documents and sign off final version.
- tandardization of bank’s operations processes ensuring adequate controls are in place and enable effective and controlled transaction processing.
- aintaining the records related to the validation forum meetings to evidence compliance with the CBE raised issue related to policies and procedures approval process.

- xcellent command of English language to provide comprehensive procedures to the end user, as well as to the bank management.
