**Main Purpose**:
- Responsible for playing the role of the focal point and single point of communication between Supply Chain and sales.
- Responsible for managing the forecast sales figures and communicating them with all concerned parties within supply chain.
- Responsible for leading the monthly S&OP forecast committee that result with the rolling month final forecast figures.
- Responsible for leading the weekly SIP meeting where the coming week forecast is being discussed and previous week’s KPIs are being reviewed.
- Responsible for the communication of all changes in figures between sales and supply chain.
- Responsible for the management of the supply chain planner software that governs the weekly gathering of sales forecast figures.
- Responsible for support and troubleshooting of the supply chain planner just in case of any problems with sales team.
- Responsible for the monitoring, communication and reporting of the forecast accuracy KPI.
**Accountabilities**:
**Demand/Forecasting**:
- Define the model for the volume forecasting through analyzing the seasonality, volume trends by SKU, learnings from previous activities & competitive activities.
- Educate indirect reports (Sales team) to create a demand management culture in line with PepsiCo standards to achieve the desired forecast accuracy improvement
- This happens through:
- Training of sales team on how to use the SCP and how to use the tool capabilities to improve the forecast accuracy through continuous educational sessions.
- Quarterly refreshment sessions to sales team updating them with any upgrade for the methodology of measuring the forecast accuracy.
- Customer Demand Forecasting (CDF) weekly meeting with the presence of both supply chain and sales team to evaluate the past week performance and setting next week plans.
- Lead the forecast accuracy improvement process with sales team to support operations utilization in all operational functions (Warehousing/Fleet/Manufacturing/Sales Operations).
- Lead the below S&OP meetings to balance product supply with market demand and link the day to day operations with the company business goals.

- Executive S&OP meeting
- Manage the brand Bias which is the brand movement towards continuous under or over forecasting in order to reflect the actual growth for a given brand.
- Lead the sales / Supply chain alignment meetings for more hands on unplanned breakdown in either supply or manufacturing systems.
- Work with the division team on redesigning the default version of SCP to match Egypt market set up in order to get the desired improvement on the forecast accuracy.
- Challenge Sales trade promotion in case of the promotion failure based on its history in order not to add extra complexity on the supply part.
- Analyze all the available sales data resulting in a road map support forecast accuracy improvement.
**Initiative Planning**:
- Lead the stage gate process locally from the operations side. This includes:
- Owner of Project timings
- keep projects to the agreed timings
- Structure & set up project with PM for each stage with agreed realistic timings
- Manage the projects through the gates/stages
- Identify late task completion & escalates to ensure that project timings are not impacted.
- Drive Project completion within agreed timelines
- Highlights exceptional issues (KPIs)
- Facilitate issue resolution with the PM
- Identify key players
- Communicate project status at critical milestones to key stakeholders
- Report to the management team on the status and the key issues with the different projects.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Key Skills/Experience Required**:
- Bachelor degree major preferred Engineering / business.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages
- Proficiency in computer usage (excel spreadsheets, word).
- Experience in an FMCG environment.
- Broad experience in the supply chain function to understand how the production cycle goes till the product is loaded on the truck.
