A leading Consumer Goods company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group FP&A Manager - Budgeting & Planning to join our dynamic team. As a Group FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to drive strategic decision-making and ensure efficient budget management across the organization. This is a key leadership role, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to senior management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, highlighting key variances and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning tools, processes, and controls
- Monitor and report on KPIs, financial performance, and business metrics to senior management
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in FP&A roles within the Consumer Goods industry
- Manufacturing Experience in a **MUST**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting and planning processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
