Role purpose:
We are on a mission to build a world class Cloud & Security business that champions customer experience, delivering an innovative, integrated & comprehensive portfolio designed for Enterprise, SME, and mid-market customers. Cloud Value Added Services is a key pillar in our strategy to help us in this space.

To realise our ambition, we are looking for a Product Manager who will drive and be responsible for delivering elements of the Cloud Value Added Services portfolio plan and will work directly with Go To Market, Technology, Partner Management and Build/Run functions in both Group and local markets to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives.

You will help drive the expansion of our Cloud Value Added Services footprint into market across the Vodafone footprint. You will be curious about the ever-changing market in which we operate, and you will be continuously:

- Engaging with Vodafone’s technology vendors, the Analyst community (e.g. Forrester; Gartner) and, of course, our customers.
- Staying aware of market trends and news, including what our competitors are up to, and local market specific requirements
- Working collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver elements of the Portfolio plan.
- Driving the development of our differentiated Cloud Value Added Services propositions, encompassing both professional and managed services

As a Product Manager, you will be commercially strategic, and within a short period of time you will be expected to understand how our Cloud Value Added Services are a game-changer for our customers.

With us you will:

- Build Cloud Services that engage and excite our customers, our cloud sales specialists and global sales people, analysts, and our employees.
- Evaluate current and future external trends; have insight to the competitor landscape and the Vodafone technology vision.
- Collaborate with other Portfolio Heads, Marketing, Group Enterprise, Group Technology and OpCo's to build market leading capabilities based on opportunity and demand.
- Shape a portfolio of customer offerings that can meet or beat our business objectives, that are relevant to the market, defining price, partner and product attributes.
- Obtain commitments from relevant stakeholders regarding delivery and testing
- Support sales enablement, marketing and relevant partners to assure success.
- Identifying data points and building better reporting capabilities to help the Portfolio team make the correct business decisions and recommendations to the SLT.
- Drive the growth of our portfolio by active collaboration with the portfolio team and local product managers.
- Engage and support sales and commercial teams with customer opportunities.
- Support Industry analyst briefings and submissions for cloud value added services.
- Support with developing business cases, strategic portfolio plans and forecasts to drive change and innovation.
- Champion customer and business needs, translating these into clear, actionable deliverables.

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will have previously had experience and enjoyed business success in the technology industry. Deep insight to cloud infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and Platform as a service (PaaS) is not a specific prerequisite but over time you will emerge as a sought-after expert in your field.

An understanding of the role of professional and managed services in helping customers to make the most of Cloud technologies and transform their business would be a major advantage. You will be comfortable working in a matrix organisation, effectively collaborating with a wide range of disciplines from sales marketing to technology delivery.

You are comfortable working internationally, across a range of channels and you have good commercial instincts. You exercise sound judgement, have a style compatible with diverse stakeholder groups, and can juggle multiple competing priorities.
