Cloud Value Added Services is a key pillar in our strategy to help us in this space.

To realise our ambition, we are looking for a Product Specialist who will drive and be responsible for delivering elements of the Cloud Value Added Services portfolio plan and will work directly with Go To Market, Technology, Partner Management and Build/Run functions in both Group and local markets to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives.

You will help drive the expansion of our Cloud Value Added Services footprint into market across the Vodafone footprint. You will be curious about the ever-changing market in which we operate, and you will be continuously:

- Engaging with Vodafone’s technology vendors, the Analyst community (e.g. Forrester; Gartner) and, of course, our customers.
- Staying aware of market trends and news, including what our competitors are up to, and local market specific requirements
- Working collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver elements of the Portfolio plan.
- Driving the development of our differentiated Cloud Value Added Services propositions, encompassing both professional and managed services

After a year with us as a Product Specialist, you will be commercially strategic with a deep understanding of how our Cloud Value Added Services value proposition is a game-changer for our customers.

With us you will:

- Identifying data points and building better reporting capabilities to help the Portfolio team make the correct business decisions and recommendations to the SLT.
- Drive the growth of our portfolio by active collaboration with the portfolio team and local product managers.
- Champion our value propositions amongst the various channels/OpCo’s through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Engage and support sales and commercial teams with customer opportunities.
- Support Industry analyst briefings and submissions for cloud value added services.
- Support with developing business cases, strategic portfolio plans and forecasts to drive change and innovation.
- Champion customer and business needs, translating these into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Curiosity and the ability to think strategically.
- Product minded.
- Intercultural awareness and experience, including stakeholder management.
- Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to drive change where necessary.
- Capable of working on product and commercial projects in a matrix-organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at C-level with customers and internally.
- Customer obsessed - able to nurture and manage deep customer relationships on a strategic level.
- Desire to commercialise and drive innovation into the Vodafone markets.
- Desire to launch products and services into Vodafone markets with agility and simplicity.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience
