We are looking for an ambitious and energetic **Technical Account Manager **to help us expand our footprint. You will develop, build, and take sales leads for Cloud Softway to the next level via presenting the technical solution to new clients, upselling and cross-sell, and developing & implementing the required sales initiatives to drive revenues & profit within the guidelines set & followed by the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Present AWS services and solution architecture to the customers
- Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues
- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
- Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience
- Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
- Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements
- Keep track of key account metrics
- Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
- Pro-actively hunt for new opportunities & establish communications with those businesses that can benefit Cloud Softway cloud solutions
- Identify, reach, and engage key decision-makers in your territory through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references & industry events etc.
- Support the marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned territories and accounts
- Educate on and promote Cloud Softway solutions and services
- Display a strong team-player attitude by collaborating effectively with an internal network of stakeholders
**Experience & Education**
- A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Experience with AWS solution architecture. Having AWS certificates is a plus
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or any other related field
- Ability to sell a comprehensive technology solution including multiple products
- Confidence in pitching and closing business to senior-level executives and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
- English language fluency with strong communication skills

Work location is within Egypt/Cairo with the flexibility of Remote Working within Cairo
