You will be working as a Senior Service Sales Specialist - Industry Segment and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for EL Division based in, Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Service Sales Manager and will be drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager. Generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales and focus on installed base penetration (IB) and sell the entire Service product portfolio for Low and Medium Voltage product & system. Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Protective Sales to approach channels with build up a long relationship with customers. Evaluate the market potential and ABB installed base data utilizing ServIS, identify sales opportunities, allocate resources to execute the service sales strategy and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Increase installed base (IB) penetration by effectively utilizing ServIS, promote value add service product solutions supporting Life Cycle Management (LCM), improve service presence with existing IB potential and upcoming elephant project delivery from main business. Achieve sales target with respect to both budget and cost-effective solutions to the customers.
- Exhibit high expertise in technical solutions & service products, demonstrate immediate resolution to customer’s concerns as needed. Work hand-in -hand with service operation in order ensure target volume and profitability.
- Generate Service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identify and explore and penetrate the ABB Installed base and promote the various ABB Service portfolio at Low & Medium voltage scope as upgrade, retrofit, replacement with value-added solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB.
- Understand the industry channel strategy and requirements. Prepare the service sales plan for different accounts to ensure the segment coverage. Prepare ABB’s Service offerings based on customer need and in coordination with the Service Sales Manager.
- Chart out and monitors sales proposals, tenders and follows up proposal statistics and act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings) with translate the needs of customer into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions. Comply with ABB Sales process, Healthy, Safety and integrity.
- Effective Utilizing ABB Service Sales tools and database and ability to successfully collaborate and communicate with internal ABB Divisions for Service Sales colleagues to ensure strong, positive, and profitable customer relations.
- Monitor client financial status and report any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.
**Your background**:
- Should have bachelor’s degree in Electrical power engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of sales experience; preferably at Service.
- Experience and good network connection at Industrial Segment with high technical knowledge in Low & Medium voltage products & solutions.
- Ability to travel to customer meetings, corporate trainings, and tradeshows.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Fluency in both English & Arabic languages...
