**About the job**:
Crossworkers is expanding into the Gulf area and we are looking for a **Business Development Manager** with preferably sales experience within the sales of strategic IT services(IT Offshore / Nearshore / Outsourcing / Out-staffing).
Based in the Gulf, Bahrain, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach and building strong relationships with clients across KSA, UAE, and Bahrain, and not the least the responsibility in building long-term customer relationships. In Addition, you will be part of our international sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and acquire new customers in the Gulf region, focusing on KSA, UAE, and Bahrain.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the technical teams ensure alignment and in lead generation efforts and client needs
- Leverage support from our online marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads.
- Travel within the Gulf region to meet clients, present solutions, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tool and provide regular updates on progress and key sales metrics.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the value of IT Offshoring to prospective clients.
**Required Skills**:
- You communicate effortlessly in English.
- You probably have a high-level commercial education and a deep understanding of the use of IT in larger companies and /or ISVs.
- You manage to combine your understanding of IT with the commercial and have a strong business understanding.
- You have customer experience from the IT industry and effortlessly put yourself into customer business logic.
- You already have a relevant and strong network in the area (Bahrain, UAE, and KSA)
- You are outgoing, dedicated, and professional
