English Language Program Specialist

The EL Program Specialist provides direct administrative support to the English Language Department for EL corporate programs, including online and in-person educational programs. The EL Program Specialist supports in ensuring overall quality of programs by ensuring timely and accurate program activities, services, and reporting. The EL Program Specialist works with the EL Department to help improve the quality and efficiency of the programs while serving participants in the best way possible.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Report to corporate clients on sessions delivered and attendance
- Ensure the enrollment of corporate students in public classes
- Coordinate English language closed classes for corporate clients
- Attend corporate classes and oversee the logístical, administrative and operational aspects of the training
- Track students’ attendance and report regularly to client and Sales Manager
- Inform Sales Manager of corporate numbers to issue a PO.
- Request invoices from Finance on a monthly basis before the end of the month and follow up on its submission
- Develop and implement an organizational system for hard copies of corporate/online/in-person educational documents
- Create an electronic filing system for all documentation related to corporate programs
- Provide administrative and logístical support for training accommodations and travel arrangements along with other administrative tasks for corporate clients when needed
- Handle procurement for corporate clients specifically travel, transportation, material and other supplies for programs / trainings
- Follow-up with instructors on instructional hours forvarious programs/trainings and report findings
- Assist staff with orienting participants on the various programs and virtual tool(s)
- Relaying participant and clients’ inquiries, comments, complaints and suggestions to the Senior ELP Specialist
- Conduct information sessions for various programs when needed
- Oversee EL WhatsApp groups to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with all participants
- Update Amideast Online enrollment, attendance, quizzes and other functions for corporate program participants
- Provide all administrative and operational support to successfully conduct programs and activities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current participants
- Assisting in organizing and reviewing pay sheet documents for trainers and instructors
- Assist with grants when needed
- Schedule online sessions on Zoom by checking availability and assigning accounts to instructors and sending links to participants
- Observe evening classes
**Qualifications and Skills**
**_Required_**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of work experience
- Knowledge of or experience in development programs
- Excellent professional communication skills (written and oral
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point
**_Preferred_**
- Very good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, and work both as a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent command of English with TOEIC score of 700 minimum and excellent command of Arabic (written and oral)
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis)

- Telephone
