As a Utilities & Energy Section Head, you will be accountable to provide technical support in an EHS and Quality compliant manner for all aspects of Utilities & Energy systems across Giza site. This can include, but is not limited to, steam lines, mechanical equipment rooms, pumps, air compressors, plumbing systems, pneumatic and electronic computerized control systems, fired and unfired pressure vessels, generators, switchgears, electrical panels & transformers.

This requires involvement in planned maintenance & operations as well as unplanned breakdowns and corrective. Moreover, own the Energy portfolio to achieve 2030 Net Zero Carbon ambition by optimizing energy systems and leading & executing sustainability project across the site.

In addition to manage engineering compliance activities implementation in site, set in-place plan to to comply with TP13 requirements, manage the process of TP 13 audit inspection readiness across Giza site and perform engineering standard gap analysis.

Ensure site is complying with governmental regulatory to avoid any regulatory sanction impacting the site..

**In this role you will **

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career, these responsibilities include some of the following

Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects Manage with direct responsibility all Electrical systems and portable equipment in Giza site to ensure they are maintained in a safe manner in addition to GMP compliant manner Manage with direct responsibility the operation, preventive maintenance and repair of a full range, in size, type and pressure, steam or hot water boilers and auxiliary heating system equipment, and the mechanical equipment outside of the power plant in Giza site to ensure they are operated and maintained in a safe manner in addition to GMP compliant manner Preparing and maintaining the section’s budget, tracking all expenses as they occur. Responsible for the continuous improvement plan of Energy management to support GSK commitment to the 2030 Net Zero Carbon ambition and improve site P&L Oversee the team of Utilities & Energy service technicians, scheduling them for work, assigning tasks and reviewing their performance, ensure all quality and safety incidents are reported and escalated appropriately. To ensure that the electrical & utilities workplaces, equipment and processes are under his/her control and responsibility to ensure these are safe and free of risk to health of any user (Staff, Technician and contractors) Manage the Engineering compliance activities with strategy, planning, and ensure site is complying with GSK standards Ensure that all Engineering Standards’ corrective and preventive actions concluded from Gap analysis are completed according to an appropriate timeline Improving the long term financial effectiveness of utility stations, reducing the risk to product quality, and ensuring better Health, Safety and Environmental performance Ensure ZAPs are reported and escalated as appropriate

- B.sc of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, major of Power and Electrical.
- At least 4 years of experiences in Utilities & Electrical within the Pharmaceutical OR FMCG industry. Sustainability Projects Experience is added value.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong computer Skills (Typing, Ms excel, Ms word)
- Language skills (Fluent reading and writing of English)
