**Job Purpose**:
**Job Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**1. Stakeholder Management**:
- Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders such as the Talent Acquisition Director, Talent Acquisition COE, and Talent Sourcing to ensure optimum recruitment strategies are applied to each search.
- Work together with Human Capital and TA Centre of Excellence to align TA strategies with overall business goals.
- Advise and support hiring managers on best practices, policies and procedures throughout the hiring journey.
**2. Operational Management**:
- Partner with the Sourcing function to leverage their capabilities to ensure recruitment excellence throughout each search.
- Implement Performance Based hiring strategies to assess and select the best talent for the business.
- Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the TA function.
- Comply and implement all related policies and processes are abided by throughout the hiring journey.
**4. Diversity and Inclusion**:
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
- Drive the localization strategies.
**5. Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and bring best practices and innovative solutions to their business.
- Regularly review and refine recruitment processes in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
**6. Team Leadership**:
- Mentor and guide members of the TA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development for their team.
- Support teams with difficult search assignments and guide them on effective management of their stakeholders.
**7. Onboarding Excellence**:
- Collaborate with Human Capital and Employee Life Cycle to facilitate a smooth pre-onboarding process for new hires, enabling their seamless integration into the company culture.
**Measure of Success - Illustrative KPIs**:
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding SLAs.
- Ensure open vacancies are closed within the Recruitment SLA.
- Ensure system usage is optimum.
- Recruitment Slates, On-Boarding reports and other reports are accurately updated on a weekly/monthly or on a need basis.
- Maintain integrity by building good relationships with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
**Personal Characteristics and Required Background**:
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques
- Demonstrable previous experience of operating within an in-house recruitment environment.
- High quality knowledge of recruitment best practice and demonstrable experience of implementing strategic approaches to enhancing recruiting effectiveness and delivering solutions.
- Ability to build relationships and influence with credibility at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Well organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities.
- Solution-orientated with the ability to adopt a commercial perspective to problems.
- Team oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic with a positive and committed approach.
- Reliable and able to work on own initiative, with good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
**Minimum Experience/Qualifications**:
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with strong track record in recruitment management
- Executive search experience is a plus.
- University Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
