**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)**, your role will go beyond traditional lead generation. You’ll combine technical expertise with a sales mindset to identify and qualify high-value prospects using advanced tools and strategies. Your responsibilities include:

- Utilizing web scraping tools (e.g., Beautiful Soup, Scrapy) to gather high-quality lead data.
- Conducting programmatic searches and leveraging APIs to identify and extract potential leads from unconventional sources.
- Creating queries to analyze and segment data effectively, enhancing lead qualification processes.
- Building detailed profiles of prospects, including key decision-makers and business insights.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their challenges and aligning them with Maqsam’s solutions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Tracking, analyzing, and improving lead generation efforts using CRM and reporting tools.
- Coordinating with marketing when necessary to align outreach efforts or gather campaign-related insights.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Have experience with web scraping technologies and be proficient in scripting languages such as Python.
- Be knowledgeable in using APIs and familiar with programmatic search techniques.
- Possess excellent research skills to uncover prospects and build detailed profiles.
- Have experience managing and tracking leads using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Demonstrate analytical capabilities to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a sales team.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or Zapier.
- Prior experience in SaaS, cloud communications, or tech startups.
