Sales Development Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Prospecting**: Conduct in-depth research to uncover potential leads, identify key decision-makers, and craft tailored outreach strategies.
- **Lead Qualification**: Listen actively and ask probing questions to understand prospect needs, uncover pain points, and assess their fit for our services.
- **Meeting Setting**: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and ensure seamless handoffs.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and touchpoints in the CRM (HubSpot proficiency preferred).
- **Sales Playbook Execution**: Execute multi-touchpoint outreach strategies, following best practices while staying adaptable to prospect responses.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation tactics.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in an outbound sales or lead generation role.
- Hungry for making money, no cap on commission.
- Strong research skills to identify relevant prospects and companies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and BANT/ MEDDIC qualification processes.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving targets.
