**Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management - Archer**

The Senior Advisor is responsible for the delivery of ''billable'' Pre-packaged & customized Services for Archer engagements. Responsible for managing the life cycle of medium to high complex, risk projects from internal kick off phase through customer turnover. Responsible for the development and execution of a project plan that articulates the role of Archer in the delivery of the Scoped/designed solution. Ensures implementation of activities is coordinated with Archer talent and Partner Resources. Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendor and all Archer personnel associated with the engagement. Works under the general direction of a Program Delivery Lead/PS Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acts as the single point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement. Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the team: sales, customers and delivery personnel.
- Responsible for the delivery of the project plan, the detailed Statement of Work (SOW) scope and Services Proposal content developed for the customer based upon customer requirements and environment architecture.
- Define and manage overall project risks and take corrective action in a proactive manner to mitigate those risks
- Direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis, identify resource needs, perform quality review; and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding the status of the project - schedule, budget, progress to date, risks etc. - to relevant stakeholders (customers, management, and sales)
- Follows the project management methodology and ensure that projects adhere to the defined methodology and stage gate process
- Drive continuous improvement of project processes - methodology, templates, best practices etc. based on lessons learned from projects
- Engage with Sales and Account teams to identify/drive account growth opportunities
- Responsible for the implementation and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with Archer Consultants or Partner Resources.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer and sales.
- Communicates to all Archer concerned parties any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
- Proactively follows the Archer escalation and change control process.
- Articulates the full value of the Archer Solutions and Archer Services business benefit to the customer.

**Essential Requirements**:

- At least 8+ years of technical project management experience preferably as a GRC Professional services
- Experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant or consulting organization
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- GRC Proven Professional Certification desired.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Agile certification strongly recommended
- Spoken Language: English, Arabic
- Travel may be required up to 50%
