You will be working as Building and Data Center Sales Manager and will be the part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager & EL Commercial Leader and will be responsible to develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy in specified market in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations, planning and executing marketing and sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor channel performance

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining and implementing the channel sales strategy and budgeting, ensuring regular follow-up, providing channel strategy input for the sales team and for harmonizing the market sales and marketing plans, defining key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) and ensuring these are achieved through the channel, penetrating new markets and covering wider geographical areas
- Ensuring detailed business plans with regular follow up are in place, leading, coaching and involving sales teams to improve work processes, sales tactics and customer satisfaction, identifying and evaluating potential partners for better market coverage, demanding creation and sellout support for all partners to ensure sustainable business flow by linking partners to active retailers, contractors, PBs and OEMs
- Managing annual performance assessment activities for channel partners, coordinating sales and marketing efforts and pricing policies that require channel/segment partner participation, ensuring appropriate communication, promotion and training activities and synergize with other channels and collaborating for better business enhancement
- Ensuring (with HRBP) areas of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, driving and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
- Monitoring client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams, identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels and taking ownership of the sales processes and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Ability to build Mid to long term strategy for distribution business to ensure expansion, growth and better presence in the retailing market
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks-efficient time management
- Good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experienced use of different microsoft programs
- Capable of taking strategic decisions to adapt with market dynamics, patterns and trends
- Maintaining safety & integrity as priority, sharing knowledge with teams & partners to ensure relentless business execution
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
