En postulant à l'offre d'emploi Sales Operation, Soutien aux ventes (Sales admin) est responsable des fonctions de base à modérément complexes de la gestion des commandes et de l'exécution des tâches avec rapidité et précision dans un environnement en évolution rapide. En plus de servir le client, l'Associé II, Support aux ventes fournit une assistance et un soutien aux autres membres de l'organisation des ventes et des équipes de support aux ventes, ainsi qu'à la direction. Organise et établit la priorité de la charge de travail de saisie des commandes qui lui est assignée pour une exécution efficace. Le cas échéant, transmet les problèmes et les commandes à un membre senior de l'organisation des ventes et/ou de la direction.
Qu'est ce que tu vas faire?
- Gérer la file d'attente des commandes entrantes du pays.
- En cas de commandes peu claires, de contacter le client ou le représentant commercial du client
- Vérifier la commande par rapport au schéma d'autorisation
- Maintenir la file d'attente des commandes pour garantir un processus commercial fluide dans le cadre des KPI définis
- Gère les commandes électroniques en vérifiant l'achèvement et l'exactitude des commandes
- Archivage des commandes conformément aux directives définies
- Créer/mettre à jour des rapports spécifiques au client (c'est-à-dire l'état de la commande, le suivi, la gestion des commandes en souffrance, l'état de la commande d'expédition directe, etc.).
- Répondre aux demandes des clients liées aux commandes ouvertes (ETA, mises à jour de l'état des commandes, informations sur les produits, prix, etc.)
- Effectuer des annulations de commandes lorsque cela est nécessaire ou demandé
- Effectuer la configuration de la commande des articles si demandé
- Génère des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels avec précision lorsque le client en a besoin
- Gère les demandes de prix spéciaux (MCOP) pour assurer l'achèvement dans le SLA du client, tout en maintenant l'exactitude.
- Responsable de la création de devis/opportunités de vente à l'aide des outils requis par l'entreprise
- Effectuer d'autres activités liées au traitement réussi de la commande lorsque cela est nécessaire ou demandé (par exemple, déblocage des ventes, compléter les informations d'adresse de livraison manquantes, etc.)
- Assurer la liaison avec les autres membres des ventes, l'organisation, les équipes et la direction, car ils sont tenus de résoudre des problèmes transactionnels de base à modérément complexes et doivent être capables de naviguer à travers diverses fonctions de soutien aux ventes de IM. Cela inclut le partage d'informations commerciales critiques avec les clients et les fournisseurs de services conformément à la gestion des commandes dans le cadre d'un réseau évolutif en temps réel qui aide à fournir des niveaux de vitesse et de performance aux clients d'Ingram Micro.
Comment pouvez-vous obtenir cette chance?
- Connaissances commerciales et/ou expérience de travail équivalente ;
- 1 an d'expérience dans le support/service client est recommandé ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en Français et en deuxième langue étrangère Anglaise au niveau B1/B2
- Exécuter les tâches avec précision et avec un degré élevé d'urgence ;
- La capacité de communiquer avec plusieurs niveaux d'associés à l'interne et à l'externe est une question précise et professionnelle ;
- Souple; Compétences sociales ;
- Multitâche et réponse aux changements rapides
- Capacité à prioriser et exécuter le travail;
- Informatique personnelle ou saisie au clavier et compétences de base en MS Excel
- La connaissance des fonctionnalités clés de SAP est considérée comme un atout;
