Aruba Inside Partner Business Manager UAE
This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.
- In this role you will manage virtually (by phone, electronically or social media) a set of assigned or acquired partners accounts._
- You will work closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure._
- You will qualify leads to create new sales opportunities, execute sales strategy for assigned portion of partners account. You will serve as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develop a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with Aruba business priorities._

- _You will sell solutions, products and services based on defined territory strategies and plans._
- _You will drive end-to end revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with the Partner._
- _You will qualify and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure; work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction._
- _You will develop basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape and IT investment strategy._
- _You will communicate the value of the portfolios and solutions to differentiate Aruba from competitors._
- _You will build a sales pipeline and forecasts that are data driven by sales activities._
- _You will coordinate Aruba activities with the Partner (including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements)._
- _You may develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to Aruba._

If you:_**
- _Have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )_
- _Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent_
- . Are Arabic and English Speaker_
- _Have experience in developing positive relationships, solving customer problems, account management and acquisition_
- _Have knowledge of companies portfolios, IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges_
- _Have proficient communication and negotiation skills_
- _Have the ability to anticipate, prioritize, proactively forecasting and meet deadlines_
- _Are a team player, innovative and have a hunter approach or strategic farmer approach_
- _Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system_
