**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Vision and Planning**:

- Translate high-level goals and strategies into actionable content plans that align with brand values, target audience, and customer insights.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business objectives.
- **Storytelling and Content Showcasing**:

- Craft compelling narratives that showcase the excellence of our work across various platforms and content formats.
- Create and curate content that resonates with the audience and effectively communicates our brand identity.
- **Content Repurposing and Adaptation**:

- Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g., blog posts to videos, infographics to social media posts) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ensure content is tailored to the preferences and behaviors of different target audiences.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content professionals, including content writers, social media specialists, and other contributors.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment, setting clear expectations and nurturing professional growth.
- **Deep Understanding of Brand and Audience**:

- Develop an intimate understanding of our customers, personas, industries, services, and brand values to guide content creation and messaging.
- Utilize customer insights to develop content that addresses pain points and resonates with target audiences.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with other marketing departments, such as creative and SEO, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving overall marketing goals.
- Leverage SEO insights to optimize content for search engines and enhance discoverability.
- **Content Governance and Guidelines**:

- Establish and enforce content governance guidelines, including tone, style, and voice, to maintain consistency and uphold brand integrity across all content.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- **Content Audits and Gap Analysis**:

- Conduct content audits to assess the relevance, consistency, redundancy, and gaps in existing content.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address content gaps and enhance the overall content portfolio.
- **Measurement and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives and campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- **Stay Current with Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
- **Project Management and Timely Execution**:

- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with marketing objectives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- **Effective Communication**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, share content updates, and align on strategic goals.
- Clearly communicate content plans, objectives, and outcomes to the broader team and leadership.**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Requirements**:

- Proven content strategy and creative thinking experience for 8+ years
- B2B experience required
- US target audience experience required
- Tech experience required
- Proficiency in content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms for effective content management, distribution, and performance measurement
- Demonstrated creative and storytelling mindset
- Exceptional critical thinking skills for analyzing complex situations, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions to drive content strategy
- Previous experience successfully managing content strategy and content calendars
- Strong content presentation skills
- A high-level thinker who can also keep track of details. Able to delve deeply into content analysis, while driving strategic planning and the vision for content initiatives
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize effectively, and work independently
- Excellent listening and communication and fluent in English
- Have initiative, a can-do attitude, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
