**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the defined **Marketing strategy** for Aramex, both for B2B and B2C, in all markets together with the central team
- Plan & Implement the annual **Marcom calendar** in terms of digital campaigns, events, press conferences, activations, sponsorships and CSR.
- Strategize, manage and schedule Aramex social media campaigns across multiple platforms, Analyze the performance of all posts to optimize and enhance the performance of the posts/campaigns based on their objectives.
- Support the Content Strategist on defining and executing a roadmap of **strategic localized content **to help achieve our business goals in Egypt
- Brainstorm with the Community Managers **social content** that is relevant and engaging for your market and support as needed on any other tasks required for Social
- Provide the central team with **key insights** into the Egyptian market to help with the localization of our campaigns
- **Review incoming briefs** and ensure all information needed is included before sharing with the central team
- **Stay up to date** with the latest technology, trends and best practices in Social Media
- **Reporting**: present and share ideas, results and gap analyses
- Design, priorities and execute specific activities and **marketing campaigns** with the support of the central marketing team
- **Research influencers** and brief agencies on upcoming campaigns
- **Research competition**, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Help get the team’s work noticed and enter campaigns and creative assets for **awards**:

- Ensure that our **Arabic** copy and tone is spot on

**Actions**:

- Give strategic input during prep phase of major campaigns
- Recommendations to central marketing and product teams for enhancements and new features
- Regularly re-visit our on-going communication strategy
- Localization of content
- Manage 3rd party relationships with content agencies + influencers

**Experience required**
- 2+ years in a similar Marketing role
- Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred but not essential
- B2B & B2C experience crucial
- Great understanding of the Egyptian market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Arabic
