The role
Ready to make your mark and driving high growth at a global level? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Market Research Manager. You’ll be at the fore, collaborating with our portfolio of clients such as Unilever, Premier Foods, Sodexo and Diageo to take your career to new heights.

You’re role will be pivotal in the research and insights team to manage quantitative research projects, with an additional focus on supporting client relationships as part of our business management effort.

Main Duties and responsibilities
- Uncover growth opportunities within our existing client base by harnessing the power of Bolt Insight’s cutting-edge research technology.
- Champion client briefing sessions and collaborate with business leads to craft compelling project proposals that exceed expectations.
- Create impeccable questionnaire designs that align with client briefs, proactively challenging norms to ensure objectives are met.
- Lead end-to-end project management for approved initiatives, and provide strategic support for new prospective projects.
- Oversee project lifecycle, from initial set-up and design of sample plans to creating analysis plans for final data delivery.
- Develop comprehensive client reports packed with valuable insights ready for presentation.
- Offer actionable recommendations to enhance our clients’ brand positioning and strategy, making Bolt Insight excellent ROI.

**Experience**:

- 6-8 years in quantitative research role
- Experience of client-facing
- Previous operational and project management (including questionnaire design, insight generation etc)
- Proficiency in segmentation, U&A (Usage and Attitude), innovation studies (concept testing)
- Familiarity with FMCG sector
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail
- Meticulous eye for detail, steadfast commitment to maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) - a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sociology, or related fields of study.
- Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving, ensuring top-tier work within stipulated timelines.
