We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Influencer Creative Strategist Manager to join our team. As the Influencer Creative Strategist Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing campaigns that align with our advertiser’s objectives. Your primary focus will be to drive engagement, expand our reach, and enhance brand awareness through strategic collaborations with influencers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with our advertiser’s goals and target audience. Identify key influencers and create comprehensive plans to maximize the advertiser’s brand exposure and engagement.
- Influencer Identification and Relationship Building: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant influencers in our industry and build strong relationships with them. Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Creative Campaign Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaign concepts that effectively convey our advertiser’s brand message and resonate with our target audience. Provide strategic guidance on content creation, storytelling, and influencer activations.
- Content Development and Management: Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that aligns with the advertiser’s brand guidelines. Provide creative direction, feedback, and support throughout the content creation process to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, identify trends, and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal return on investment.
- Industry and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the influencer landscape.
- Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and disclosure requirements. Stay informed about advertising and influencer marketing regulations to mitigate any legal risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking ability and a strategic mindset to develop innovative campaigns.
- Analytical skills to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in influencer marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms.
