Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking to hire skilled influencer marketing managers to support the end-to-end operations of our clients’ influencer marketing campaigns.

**Campaign Management Responsibilities**:

- You may also need to provide assistance when the influencer is creating content. They may need guidance or a creative push in the right direction. In any case, you’ll still need to be in constant contact with the influencers to keep the campaign moving forward.
- Once the content is published, you’ll be tracking and monitoring the content for a pre-agreed period and report on its performance to the rest of the team.

**Relationship Building Responsibilities**:

- Maintain our influencer database with up-to-date contact details, followership, demographics, rates, active channels, insights, and any other relevant information.
- Add influencers to the database by carrying out constant discovery and outreach. You will need to get in touch with influencers to find out their business contacts, demographics, rates, and other details.
- Keep communications going with influencers that have partnered with Rekoya in the past to maintain a positive and healthy relationship which will be useful for future collaborations.
- Maintain an approachable and friendly nature at all times when dealing with influencers. Patience and respect towards influencers are very important, even when influencers are being unprofessional.

**Influencer Communications Responsibilities**:

- Keeping relationships with influencers fresh by writing messages to them as Rekoya, commenting on their recent posts with positivity, and liking their posts.
- Outreach messages to recruit influencers.
- Support messages to answer any questions from the influencers.
- Reminders so that influencers meet the campaigns’ deadlines.
- Followup messages thanking the influencer for participating and letting them know the next steps.

**Market Research and Trend Analysis Responsibilities**:

- Must be up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community.
- Must be up-to-date with new features on social media and unlock ways that influencers can utilize them for our clients’ benefit.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent people skills — You must develop relationships and network with influencers. You’ll be negotiating deals and partnerships and will need to be able to properly communicate with all parties involved.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, both written and verbal with an understanding of different dialects of Arabic from the Middle East.
- Good communication skills in English.
- You need to have a working knowledge of all the top social media platforms.
- Ability to multi-task — You’ll need to be able to context shift as you talk to your team and complete tasks for your influencer marketing campaigns throughout the day. You’ll need to be able to track multiple conversations with influencers so that you can provide them with the answers they need to keep the ball rolling.
- A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field is a plus.
- Your own computer that can run multiple browser tabs without significantly slowing down and a stable internet connection.
