**The team - Global Accounts**

You will be joining a team of experienced sales professionals from different nationalities with decades of experience in global account management and the world of natural colors. Our role in Oterra is to manage the world’s biggest food and beverage manufacturers and to ensure they see Oterra as their number 1 supplier for natural colors.

Our team’s vision is to inspire Oterra by being professional, collaborative and ambitious ambassadors in Natural Colors by leading the way with our dedication and passion to deliver value for our customers.

We operate as one team, support each other and take pride of learning from the different experiences our team members have. We operate within a matrix, which we make work for us and our accounts through influencing, motivating and instilling a sense of urgency, trust and accountability in the people we work with.

**The role - Global Account Leader**

The Global Account Leader takes full accountability of the business between Oterra and the specific global account(s) across the globe. You will build sustainable relationships with key decision makers and senior leadership in the account(s) and internally at Oterra. This helps you to build and execute a global account growth strategy by bringing the right stakeholders together, aligning business plans and key initiatives for mutual growth.

You have high in
- and external exposure and create impact by communicating your plans for your accounts clearly and frequently in order to get maximum engagement in
- and externally.

In addition, you are fully responsible for the execution and implementation of annual pricing negotiations and other agreements of commercial nature.

In summary, you are a true role model within Oterra for commercial excellence, strong strategy setting and execution and people leadership through influence and motivation.

**Who are we looking for?**

**_Specifically, we are hoping to find a person with:_**
- 10 years of commercial experience in similar roles
- Experience in Food Ingredients
- Experience with global Food and Beverage producers
- Strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence as well as intellectual horsepower
- Attention to detail and strong process orientation
- Good influencing and stakeholder management skills
- 2nd and ideally 3rd spoken language
