Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Provide unwavering support to cross-functional software teams as they work towards their goals
- Facilitate Scrum events, creating a space for open communication and idea exchange
- Causing removal of impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth workflow
- Foster collaboration within and across teams, promoting unity and knowledge sharing on a division-wide level

**Background & Skills**:
First and foremost, you must be a people person, as you will be working with people. To succeed in this role, you will need to have substantial experience and a good track record of coaching and working with teams to create a culture of continuous improvement. Drawing on your substantial experience, you will be coaching both the team and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, needs and updates
- A servant leader mentality, guiding teams with empathy and encouragement
- A motivating presence, capable of inspiring and driving teams towards excellence
- Fluent English skills, Danish is a plus
