**Sales Operation Specialist**

**English Job Description**:

**What are you going to do?**
- You will manage the incoming queue of orders from the business country
- In case of unclear orders, you will align with the customer or the sales rep of the customer
- You will check order against authorization scheme
- You will maintain the order queue to secure a smooth business process within the KPIs set
- You will manage electronic orders by auditing orders for completion and accuracy
- You will archive orders according to set guidelines
- You will create / update customer specific reporting (i.e. order status, tracking, backorder management, direct ship order status, etc.).
- You will address customer inquiries related to open orders (ETAs, order status updates, product information, pricing, etc)
- You will perform order cancellations when necessary or requested
- You will perform order configuration of items if requested
- You will generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately when needed by the customer
- You will manage special pricing requests (MCOP) to ensure completion within customer SLA, along with maintaining accuracy.
- You will be responsible for creation of price quotes / sales opportunities using the tools required by the business
- You will perform other activities related to the successful processing of the order when necessary or requested (e.g. sales hold release, completing missing shipping address information, etc.)
- You will liaise with other sales members, organization, teams, and management as they are required to resolve basic to moderately complex transactional issues and should be able to navigate through various sales support functions of IM. This includes sharing of critical business information with customers and service providers in line with order management under a scalable real-time network that help provide speed and performance levels to Ingram Micro customers.

**How can you get this chance?**
- You have commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience.
- You have 1 year’s previous support/customer service experience is recommended.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and second foreign language English at B1/B2 level
- You can perform duties with accuracy and a strong degree of urgency
- You can communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally is an accurate and professional matter
- You are flexible and have good social skills.
- You are a multi-tasker and respond to rapid change
- You have the ability to prioritize and perform work.
- You have personal computing or keyboarding and basic MS Excel skills
- You have knowledge of key functionalities of SAP is considered an asset
