**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the implementation and integration process.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Provide feedback to the Customer Success Manager on client needs and suggest product improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS B2B Customer Success Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with CRM and other SaaS tools.
- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with clients in the Information Technology and Services industry.
