Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an HR Specialist - Performance & Rewards, Mobility for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
**Job Summary**:
The HR Specialist - Performance & Rewards, Mobility is responsible for managing performance management, rewards programs, and mobility initiatives to attract andretain talent within the organization. This role involves developing strategies and frameworks for performance appraisal, compensation, benefits, and global mobility, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and best practices.
This position will report to the Head of Performance, Rewards, Reporting and Analytics CoE.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall Strategy: Support in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy, vision and policies for Performance, Rewards and Mobility in line with the company's short-term and long-term goals.
- Performance Management: Manage performance management cycle
- Rewards Strategy:

- Manage and implement competitive compensation and benefits, incentives and reward programs that align with organizational goals and motivate employees and top talents.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure rewards programs are competitive and effective.
- Global Mobility:

- Develop policies and procedures for global mobility, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, relocations, and international transfers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in human resources is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 3+ years in performance, rewards and mobility in a CoE or Specialist role.
- In depth knowledge across performance, rewards and mobility processes.
- Understanding of local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency and working knowledge in HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday or equivalent technology solutions.
- Experience in performance, rewards and mobility process, program and service design and proficiency in using HR tools.
- Excellent written and verbal in English language proficiency
- Skills:

- Scope of work: Strong understanding, experience and working knowledge in performance, rewards and mobility processes including goal setting, continuous feedback, performance calibration, compensation benchmarking, etc.
- Process Expertise: Deep understanding of performance, rewards and mobility processes. Ability to develop and implement processes, programs and services based on industry leading and business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Ability to identify and drive process, program and service improvement opportunities leading to optimization, simplification, standardization, and improved business outcomes.
- Technology Proficiency: Understanding of HRIS platforms and other HR technology solutions and leveraging these to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Adaptability and Agility: An adaptable and agile mindset towards continuous improvement to keep up with evolving processes and technology.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, interpret and analyze internal and external data to predict trends.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with team members, management, senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
