**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the offshore team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records in digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for team members, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made and participants are notified in advance.
- Assist with data entry tasks and generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes and business operations.
- Facilitate communication within the offshore team by disseminating information, distributing memos or announcements, and maintaining communication channels..
- Assist with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, including maintaining documentation and records as required.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
- Follow up with employees regarding their tasks

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience 1 years in administrative support roles, preferably in a remote or offshore environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a remote setting with mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
