Personnel Officer

Employee Records Management:
- Dealing with Social Insurance and the Labor Office on a regular basis and adding and deleting employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and payroll data.
- Manage and organize employee files, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Update employee records promptly upon any changes or modifications.
2. Personnel Administration and Support:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Onboard new employees, providing orientation and training sessions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to personnel matters, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Investigate employee complaints and disciplinary issues, maintaining confidentiality throughout.
- Prepare and issue employee documentation and termination letters.
