**About the job**:You have a strong background as a XXXX and you have ambitions to work in an International environment where you are surrounded with strong IT professionals?

At CrossWorkers, you will work directly with our customer in XXXX who is a well-known player in the Danish market for IT development and system integration - you will have colleagues both in Denmark as well as in Egypt.

You must be ready for business trips to Denmark from time to time and when needed.

**Technical profile/** Your duties**:

- Having very knowledgeable skills in the area that focus on helping us to operate with all the technical parts that are required with the client.
- Support the team leader in tailoring the standard processes based on project needs.
- Gathering business requirements and creating technical user stories based on them.
- Provide guidance to the team members and they always consider the team before their own needs.
- Responsible for much of the daily work being done in a sprint.
- They should focus on the end product and that it delivers the expected business value to the client.
- Ensure the efficiency of the validation techniques and standards used by projects.
- Responsible for high-level design architecture definition for new products.
- Support the project leader in software development planning.
- Own a standard process or technical area by developing and improving all related process documents, guidelines, organization, and tools based on the organization's needs.
- Present work progress continuously through active participation of daily & weekly project meetings.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

- You are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Possess general programming skills and software development fundamentals.
- A minimum of x-x years of experience in related field/needed technology.
- You used to work in an international environment.
- Eager to learn through different resources including self-education.
- You see challenges and not problems and you attack them with creativity, initiative, and determination.
- You work independently and targeted with a high activity level.
- You work well as part of a team and with an ability to deliver even with tough deadlines.
- Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European/GCC customers/companies is a plus.
- You are outgoing with a strong personal drive, enjoy working independently, and are motivated by close collaboration with the management team.
- You have integrity and empathy as well as excellent communication and facilitation competencies are key to succeed in the job.

**Technologies & Frameworks**:

- Very good experience with.Net frameworks.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 & styled-components.
- Very good experience with ReactJS.
- Very good experience with Typescript, and Javascript.
- Experience with Redux using redux toolkit.
- Experience in UI/UX.
- Good Knowledge of.Net, Nhibernate, and EF.
