حول وظيفة المشرف، المبيعات الشركاتية
**غرض الوظيفة**
إدارة حسابات الحكومة، وضمان زيادة حصة سوق Orange في منطقته. ضمان حصة سوق تنافسية لـ Orange في منطقته، والتعامل مع حساباته بمهنية.
**المهام والمسؤوليات**:
- تطوير المبيعات ضمن القائمة / قطاع السوق، وتعزيز حلول ومنتجات جديدة للعملاء المرتبطين.
- استكشاف الإمكانات الكاملة للقائمة / قطاع الأعمال المعين، ودراسة المنطقة التي يتولى مسؤوليتها، وترتيب برنامج زيارات عن طريق الاتصال بالأشخاص وتحديد مواعيد؟ تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة من قبل المدير المباشر.
- تنسيق مع قسم التكنولوجيا في تحديد العروض المحددة.
- تطوير علاقة موثوقة مع العملاء.
- ترجمة ونقل جميع المعلومات التي تم جمعها من السوق إلى قسم الاستخبارات التسويقية.
- تقديم ملاحظات حول توقعات الميدان ومشاركتها مع فريق المبيعات الشركاتية.
- ضمان الربحية على العروض التجارية المقدمة؟ التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات عبر الهاتف.
- اقتبس وتفاوض الأسعار وشروط الائتمان وأعد العقد.
- تقديم تقارير مستمرة حسب المتطلبات المعينة وإجراء عروض رسمية للمنتجات باستخدام الأدوات المقدمة.
- تقييم احتياجات العملاء وشرح المنتجات لهم وإظهارها لهم مما قد ينطوي على توضيح فني بالإضافة إلى وصف الأغراض التي يمكن استخدامها بها.
- التواصل في الوقت المناسب وتقديم المشورة لعملائه بكل العروض والأسعار والحلول التجارية الجديدة ومشاوري الأسعار والشروع في الهجرات المطلوبة.
- تحقيق اختراق واسع في حساباته والتعرف على جميع صانعي القرار والمؤثرين.
- تحديد الحسابات المشتركة والحصرية ومهاجمة المنافسين فورًا في حساباته المشتركة الحالية.
- تسهيل التواصل بين العملاء وخدمة العملاء من خلال التواصل بجميع أدوات الاتصال مثل توفير الهاتف وتوفير كلمة المرور وكل من U control وE-bill ، لتعزيز العلاقة التجارية بين الشركة والعميل.
- التواصل في الوقت المناسب برامج الولاء لقاعدة عملائه مثل برامج نقاط مخططة، ونقاط للمستخدمين والحسابات، وطرق للوصول إلى المعلومات المناسبة، وجميع الهدايا المتاحة على مستوى الحسابات والمستخدمين، وضمان الولاء العالي للعملاء.
- يكون نشطًا ويبحث ويفحص النمو المحتمل والتهديدات المحتملة وفرص العمل ويحدد أهداف الزيارات ويوضح خطة عمل لكل حساب لضمان العلاقة التجارية على المدى الطويل وارتفاع رضا العملاء.
- أداء مكالمات مبيعات عالية الجودة مع تخطيط جيد واستعداد مسبق لكل زيارة ، وعلى استعداد دائم مع جميع الكتيبات والعروض والمشاور والحلول التجارية.
- الرد في الوقت المناسب على فرص مبيعات Optima ، وتهديدات الانسحاب ، وطلبات العملاء والاستفسارات.
- الرد في الوقت المناسب على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والملاحظات والتقارير المطلوبة مثل التقرير الأسبوعي والمخزون وتوقعات المبيعات والتنشيط عن بعد وتقارير الرفض والحفظ والائتمان.
- الانتظام في الاجتماعات ومواعيد العملاء.
- متجهة تقنياً مع جميع أنظمة الشركة ومنتجاتها وخدماتها وحلولها التقنية.
- نسبة عالية من حضور الفعاليات وتغطية كاملة للمحفظة عن طريق زيارة جميع عملائه مرة واحدة على الأقل كل شهر.

**التعليم**:
درجة الجامعية، ويفضل في إدارة الأعمال.
**الخبرة**:
خبرة من 3-5 سنوات في مبيعات المنتجات والخدمات
