**About the Role**
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting teams and enhancing processes? Join our dynamic and diverse team as a **Service Administrator** and be a key player in delivering excellent service to our customers This role offers a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and manage received orders, ensuring smooth transitions from quotation to service completion and invoicing.
- Provide proactive support for service and repair activities, including ad-hoc, fixed-price, and advanced services.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor stock levels, place additional orders, and maintain compliance with company procedures.
- Generate and issue electronic invoices for internal and external service orders.
- Address billing disputes, stock returns, and credit notes with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain and update all CTS service data accurately in the system.
- Offer dedicated administrative support to Service teams (Sales Engineers, Planner, Technical Support, and Field Service Engineers) and Customers.
- Manage new and existing customer data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee equipment installations and updates, including cross-border administration processes.
- Continuously improve systems and processes by collaborating with support teams.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Analyze profitability by booking costs related to service orders and generating reports.
- Administer warranty claims and procedures in partnership with technical and field teams.
- Perform additional duties as required, contributing to team success.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a sales/service administrative support role within a multinational, customer-focused environment.
- **Skills and Knowledge**:
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong invoicing and data management capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in engineering or an industrial background are advantageous.
