**About the Role**
Are you a driven and customer-focused professional ready to make an impact? Join our dynamic team as a **Service Sales Engineer** and help deliver innovative solutions to our customers. In this role, you will build strong relationships, identify sales opportunities, and promote service products to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect, source, and maintain customer relationships within the assigned area.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Promote and sell service products such as spare parts, oils, service plans, repairs, overhauls, and agreements.
- Follow up on leads and referrals, including installed base lists, and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, introduce new products, and research solutions to meet their needs.
- Support and develop local distributors, where applicable.
- Engage in planned prospecting activities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and quotations in Cloud for Customer (C4C).
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and sales strategies through training, networking, and professional development.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, lost orders, and customer feedback, including recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to share prime equipment opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally by projecting a customer-oriented and knowledgeable image.

- Handle terms and conditions discussions effectively to meet customer expectations.
- Take necessary actions to ensure seamless communication and task completion across teams.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of relevant industrial service sales experience preferred.
- **Education**: Engineering background required.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Valid driver’s license.
