Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Sourcing potential new Customers, generating new sales opportunities and establishing new business,
- Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries and converting them to members.
- Approaching prospective customers, winning new clients, maintaining good relationships with businesses and setting sales goals
- Working towards and maintaining monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers and supporting account management team when required.
- Using Sales techniques to persuade prospective customers to buy the product.
- Working as part of the sales team, picking up and handing off parts of the sales process as needed.
- Demonstrating and presenting the company’s products and services.
- Arranging and running sales meetings.
- Preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Promoting and sell company products by demonstrating the advanced technical functions of the product as well as its uses and benefits.
- Working with robusta’s internal stakeholders to establish the technical needs of the customer and suggest appropriate products.
- Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
- Maintaining records of sales pipeline and leads progression.
- Attending conferences and other marketing events for lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Ability to gather and interpret data
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
