Segments Manager

**Packages/ products development**:
- Ongoing development of existing packages and creating new ones to the best that it suits each segment & to preserve the compatible edge within the market
- Manage all the approvals & communications till launching the packages
- Monitor pricing of packages to assure alignment with market
- Analyze segments profile and Identify new potential products based on consumer needs that can support acquisition
- Brief marketing different teams with the required products and working closely with them till its implementation
**Segments acquisition activities**:
- Work closely with the distribution channels in determining and defining activities potential for acquisition
- With the correlation of different marketing team, initiate segments acquisition offers while preparing & designing its business case and managing its execution with communication
- Managing and monitoring the campaign performance and execution of its rewards
**Branding and activation**:
- Design, plan, implement and monitor effectiveness of on ground activations to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness of each segment
**Cross selling**
- Monitor segments packages performance and work on running promotions to support the increase of packages penetration within segments
- Manage SMS & CRM cross selling campaigns with special criteria, liaising with CRM & MIS team
- Leverage on existing promotions to impose segments offers
**Managing Packages**:
- Insure the proper implementation of packages eligibility criteria
- Work with the MIS to assure ongoing charging and termination of clients (not able to fulfill package eligibility criteria)
- Notify branches with clients not fulfilling package eligibility criteria for retention
**Loyalty**
- Initiate new partnerships based on the suitability to each segment
- Propose, design, prepare loyalty streams per segment to intensify & assure the long term client’s relationship with the bank
- Initiate newsletter to insure product awareness and utilizing of benefits
Qualifications
Bachelor degree
MBA is a plus
Excellent Command of English
7 years of Retail Banking background
