You will be working as a W&WW Segment Sales Manager and will be the part of Motion Business Area for Large Motors & Generators Division based in, Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be develop and maintain a highly effective Segment sales strategy in specified market scope (global/regional/local) in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned segment. Plan and ensure execution of business area sales strategy within the assigned scope, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for assigned segment in a profitable way. Monitor proactively assigned segment sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Responsible for leading, developing and coaching the related segment sales organization proactively.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Deliver New Sales Orders Received Budget for EG Motion in Water Segment for all our divisions as set in the APP, lead and drive all customer-related sales activities to ensure order received budget achievement for different divisions as targets set in APP.
- Formulate EG Motion sales growth strategies in Water Segment and lead implementation of growth action with all stakeholders. Cross-boarders coordination with Water Global and Regional Teams to ensure actions are driven on local and regional level and targets are achieved. Lead the strategic driving for key water projects and ensure proper coordination across stakeholders in different LSUs so Motion is well positioned to win.
Regular follow up and review meetings across different levels to ensure actions are implemented as planned and strategy realignment when needed. Prepare Annual Sales Plans supported by Solid Sales Pipeline targeting the increase of ABB Market Share and Penetration in Water segment. Asses the Market to continuously generate new business opportunities across the assigned markets, accounts and through different channels to market.
- Spearhead the sales expansion plans across Water segment and establish robust long term strong relationships with key players in the market. Set winning strategies, price positioning in full coordination with PMMs Team.
- Work in tandem with assigned capture teams for key projects to ensure ABB is well positioned to win and run HO meetings with operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery for orders won. Work closely with customers during budgeting and CAPEX planning phase to differentiate ABB. Promote and Position MODP, MOIM, MOLM and MOSD offerings into the market to ensure we are the partner of choice for Water customers.
- Pursue Large Scale Projects in Water Segment and adapt new models and G2M set up to win granular opportunities differentiating ABB from competition. Define player map in key projects and strategize sales actions accordingly to position MO to win. Ensure expanding coverage in areas, customers, accounts, and segments where ABB has no presence.**Your background**:

- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in sales management, and business development.
- Work experience across different industries and markets.
- Financial and commercial background.
- Should have excellent Communications & presentation skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English languages.
