**JOB PURPOSE**

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful media campaigns that drive our business forward.

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**

**Budget Management**:

- Input the budget into the loader system.
- Coordinate with the finance team to confirm successful budget uploads.
- Regularly follow up to ensure the budget is accurately reflected in the system.

**Internal Orders (IO) and Purchase Orders (PO) Creation**:

- Create Internal Orders (IO) and Purchase Orders (PO) across various categories.
- Ensure proper categorization and documentation of all IOs and POs.

**Goods Receipts (GR) Processing**:

- Process Goods Receipts (GR) upon receipt from the media agency.
- Ensure all GRs are accurately and promptly recorded.

**Invoice Coordination**:

- Follow up with the finance team regarding pending invoices.
- Collaborate with media agencies to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with finance teams and media agencies.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial systems (training will be provided).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Media, or Marketing.
