- ** Inventory Management**:

- Ensure adequate stock levels of mini bar items, including beverages, snacks, and amenities.
- Monitor stock rotation and expiration dates to minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile with the system.
- ** Mini Bar Maintenance**:

- Inspect mini bars daily for cleanliness, functionality, and any damage.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Ensure mini bars are properly stocked and organized before guest check-in.
- ** Staff Management**:

- Train and supervise mini bar staff on proper stocking procedures, guest service, and cash handling.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- ** Guest Service**:

- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries related to mini bar services.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- ** Financial Management**:

- Monitor mini bar revenue and expenses.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Implement strategies to increase mini bar revenue and minimize costs.
- ** Security**:

- Ensure the security of mini bar inventory and cash.
- Implement measures to prevent theft and loss.
- Comply with all hotel security policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of inventory control and financial management.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
